(delhibirdpix) ID Help Please

This raptor was seen soaring along with several Honey Buzzards and Black Kites. Is it a Long Legged Buzzard or a juvenile Bonelli's Eagle?

There seems to be some sort of white shoulder patch visible in the 3rd photo.
