(delhibirdpix) Is this the Richard's Pipit or the paddyfield ? , Harike

I came across this pipit at Harike Bird Sanctuary on 12/3/2015

It was larger longer legs and tail  had a distinct malar stripe , I am a bit confused about the lores though could it be the Richard's
