Not having posted any images for several months, I am taking the liberty of posting more than the delhibird norm.
We had seen a most wonderful and low flypast by four Brown Hornbills (a lifer for me) across the Namsang Road, Jeypore Forest, while trying to get good views of the Chestnut-throated Fulvettas. Next morning, while on Deomali Road bird-watching, a pair flew in and this one took a halt on a bare tree, gifting us with wonderful views. It felt like a double lifer to see this rare hornbill - and so clearly - on two consecutive days!
Image taken on 24th March 2015, Jeypore Forest.
