[BirdPhotoIndia] Fwd: A House Crow At 17,000 ft ?

These shots were taken in Gurudongmar Lake, north Sikkim, an an altitude of 17,100. This isn't a Large-billed Crow for it doesn't have among other features, a distinct 'collar' like the House Crow. The subspecies of House Crow C.s. zugmayeri occurs in the north-west.

So is this a House Crow ? If so, it is a revelation to me that they can be found at such a high altitude. Please confirm.
Thanks.
