Shot this in Jhalana. The same waterhole that the Adult Sparrow Hawks frequent in Winter (till early May even), showed a pair of these birds. Appeared to be marginally larger than an average Shikra juvenile but in fading light.
-- If they are juvenile Sparrow Hawks- are the adults breeding here?
The markings on the breast are indeed bolder.
