The gathering of this Species in 2009 at Tal Chhapar was just amazing

when we saw about 3000 Birds, almost all Juvenile.

Expected the same this year at this time of the year but just had to manage

with a few.  

Possibly due to the status of the Grassland that has now matured in to a

wonderful place without leaving long, open streches of low grass abound with

Grasshoppers.

Anyway, this guy/gal let us shake hands with it.
