15th April, 2010 at Dibrugarh, Assam. This bird whistled continuously for 10-15 days next to my bungalow but haven’t heard him nearby recently. The whistling is most frequent in rainy or overcast conditions. The sun is out now (relatively speaking) and he is not be heard or seen.
