Missed this harbinger of Monsoons in India - Pied Cuckoo -  over the last few years and then realised have not shared

an image for over six years.

This was high on wish-list for this season.

Got to see it nicely at Dadri Wetlands (40 KMs S-E of Delhi), U.P., India on the last two trips on

17th June and 1st July, 2014.

Here is one that sat there patiently for sometime but not with a clean background though.
