Missed this harbinger of Monsoons in India - Pied Cuckoo -  over the last few years and then realised have not shared

an image for over six years.

This was high on wish-list for this season.

Got to see it nicely at Dadri Wetlands (40 KMs S-E of Delhi), U.P., India on the last two trips on

17th June and 1st July, 2014.

Here is one  of the two that sat stayed in the spot patiently for sometime but not with a clean background though.
