(delhibirdpix) Warblers from Basai

Date: 7 February 2015

Place: Basai Wetlands, Haryana

Moustached and Paddyfield Warblers were highly active in the reeds this morning and I think several individuals of each were present. Unfortunately we were against the light, but seeing these warblers closeup was a unique experiance in itself.

The Zitting Cisticola was singing its rather odd song from from the top of reed-stems
