Is it Western crowned Warbler ?

Place - Singalila National Forest, West Bengal, India

Date - 27 May 2015

Behaviour - Often flicks  wings like Blyth's leaf Warbler

Altitude- 8000ft

In a mixed flock of Ashy throated warbler and Yellow browed Tit.
